Our Commitment To You

At Relivo, we work with trusted international fulfillment partners to deliver your order safely and reliably to your door. Every order is processed with care and shipped with full tracking so you always know where your recovery device is.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the European Union member states.

We do not currently ship to any other destinations. If your country is not listed above, please contact us at help.relivo@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Valentine's Day, processing times may extend slightly. We will notify customers of any significant delays via email.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may be faster or slightly longer depending on your specific location, customs processing, and carrier conditions at the time of shipment.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the products in your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's authorities upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Relivo is not responsible for any additional charges applied by customs or local authorities after your order has been dispatched.


Order Tracking

Every Relivo order includes full international tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help.relivo@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.


Important Delivery Requirements

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a complete and valid physical delivery address including your apartment or unit number where applicable.

Orders placed with incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses may be delayed or returned to our fulfillment center. Relivo is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. In such cases, re-shipment fees may apply.


Customs and Import Duties

Relivo ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs inspection and import duties upon arrival in your country.

Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. These delays are outside our control and Relivo cannot be held responsible for them.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. Relivo does not collect or reimburse these charges.

If you are unsure about the import regulations for your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.


Delivery Delays

While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to high shipping volumes, weather disruptions, customs holds, or carrier delays.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email for USA, UK, and EU destinations, or within 25 business days for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, please contact us at help.relivo@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps first — check with neighbors, check all entry points of your property, and check with your local post office or delivery depot.

If after 3 business days from the marked delivery date your package still cannot be located, contact us at help.relivo@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Relivo is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier to the correct address but subsequently reported missing or stolen. We recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the product before use and contact us at help.relivo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the evidence and arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Claims for transit damage submitted more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at help.relivo@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing it. We process orders quickly and once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once the item is delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.


Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple products in a single order, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times depending on product availability and fulfillment location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
